Lumumu is a cold brew coffee brand initially built on the abstract philosophical concept of the “Six Aspects.” While conceptually rich, the system lacked the ability to function as a scalable commercial brand — it could not effectively guide visual identity, packaging, or product extensions.

To address this, the project reframes the brand from a symbolic philosophy into a circular brand system. Rather than relying on interpretation, the system is constructed through principles of balance, rhythm, and repetition, enabling consistency across all touchpoints.

 

This approach translates abstract ideas into a modular and extensible design language, applied across visual identity, packaging, and product development. As a result, Lumumu evolves from a conceptual narrative into a coherent, scalable brand system that can grow through real-world use.
